Fantastic place! Matthew’s place was exactly what we needed for a month stay in Schaumburg. Excellent side walks, playgrounds around every corner, and lots of public baseball fields close by (huge baseball fan). Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Awesome host. Awesome place. My family and I felt right at home! We are in the process of updating our home and liked the newer renovations here so much we asked about the colors and brands they used! Will stay here again for our next trip!

Matt is great at communication. He responded to my questions within few minutes. His place is newly renovated, clean and safe. There are two entrances to the apartment. All amenities are brand name and brand new. Kitchen has a table and there is additional table in DR/LV. Each BR has a TV in addition to LR. Beds are super comfortable. Plenty of closets. Apartment is on the main road by you won't hear much form the traffic rom the third floor. Access to the parking is via the street right behind the apartment. He offered early check-in but did not materialized. Overall, I would recommend it 100%.

He was amazing host very quick response if you had a question house was super clean we had no complaints one of the cleanest houses we stayed in on Airbnb. And it was a mile away from one of our favorite restaurants in Chicago the Boston Fish market. 100% stay there again great place. You guys will not be disappointed.

Had a great stay at Matthew’s place. Self check in was easy. Matthew sent messages to make sure we knew how to check in and out. The place was clean and comfortable. I would stay again!

Matthew is a great host ! He was very responsive for any questions we had during the stay . It’s a great place to stay at when in Chicago . Stayed with family and enjoyed our stay for the 3 days . The home was very clean and overall a great experience . Thanks Matthew!

If you're looking for a quiet place not too far outside the city with walkable access to public transit, this is the place for you! The train was less than 10 minutes walking at the bus stop was right on the corner of the block. The area itself was quiet and suburban. There are food options within walking distance as well. Matthew was an amazing host who responded in a timely manner and gave clear instructions. His place was just as described and pictured. It was the perfect size for five adults to sleep and hang out! The single bed is slightly smaller than we realized but other than that, we were satisfied with our stay and would come again for a future trip in the city!

Beautiful stay! Neighbors are friendly, beautiful and peaceful area. Family/kid friendly, 30 min from the city of Chicago. Had everything we needed for a family stay, my kids enjoyed the place and the amenities this Airbnb offered. Matthew is an amazing host, will definitely rate him a 10+!

Matthew's place is clean and exactly as pictured. The beds and pillows were great and we slept well. The appliances are top of the line as the apartment is renovated. It is approximately 30 mins from Chicago O'Hare airport and downtown via car. He has dedicated parking spaces behind the building which is a plus for Chicago. The neighborhood is diverse and felt safe. There are local restaurants and a frozen custard shop within walking distance. I would recommended he add a small seating area in the back of the building for people that smoke. I would definently rent this place again.

Matthew’s place was perfect for our long weekend visit. Very clean, easy to access, and perfect location to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Great safe location in North Chicago. Thank you Matthew for a wonderful stay!
