Matthew’s place was great! We visited here after living in Chicago for several years and it was in the perfect location for us to go to all of our favorite spots in the city.

Matt’s place was everything we needed for our Chicago stay. It was squeaky clean, well appointed and very well decorated. The entire place is newly remodeled with high end appliances and custom bathrooms. A great place for 2 couples to have privacy and a feeling of home. Matt was very quick to respond to all inquiries. I would 100% stay again or recommend to friends.

My stay was amazing! I have never gotten an air bnb before so I wasn't sure what to expect but Matthew was so friendly and very communicative! He never seemed bothered by my questions and was very helpful. The place looked EXACTLY like the pictures and everything was perfectly clean. The beds were super comfortable too!

Matthews place is awesome ! Pristine, everything is brand new, very clean, central AC that worked perfectly keeping the place chilled even when it was 90+ outside. Away from the direct hustle and bustle but very accessible to everything.

I stayed here during my husband graduation for northwestern. The place is super modern, with brand new appliances and great decorations. We enjoyed having all the space to ourselves. Would definitely recommend staying here

We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to staying again. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the unit was easy to access, and everything was simple to set up. It was also surprisingly spacious, which we appreciated. The private parking lot was a huge bonus—truly a blessing in Chicago. The bathrooms and showers were spotless, and the large TVs were a nice touch. You must walk to Lickity Split in the evening for ice cream, a block away. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Matthew is very helpful and cooperative, he is available all the time. Me and family felt very comfortable and enjoyed the place its in close vicinity to ohare airport which is big plus

This my 1st time to Chicago and truly enjoyed my time. The convenience to the train lines really helped with exploring downtown Chicago, which was about a 15 minute train ride away.

Our stay was very pleasant for a group of 7. Plenty of space just as shown in the photos and bedrooms beds were comfortable. Good location in a quiet neighborhood Good place as described and the host was very responsive, always responding to messages within minutes.
