This single family ranch home was completely renovated. The living room provides great space for relaxing with 75 inch Sony smart TV. The kitchen is outstanding with modern finishes and all necessary cooking amenities. There is an attached garage with access off the dining space. All 3 bedrooms are well sized with ample closet space. Full bathroom with 3-D tile and soaking tub/shower. 1/2 bathroom as well. Spacious yard with campanelli park just across the street. Truly a great location in a fabulous neighborhood. Short drive to woodfield mall and all Schaumburg has to offer. We have received nothing but excellent reviews not only because the house is great, but also because location is awesome! Please be advised the village of Schaumburg regulates short term rentals and it is against regulations for more than 6 guests to stay in the home.

Please read the reviews! We worked hard to make this a home people will appreciate and enjoy. Everything is new. The home underwent a full renovation with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, windows, roof, hvac, everything!

There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. We have worked hard to provide a nice home for guests to stay and please respect that. If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests you will be forced to leave. You must be 25 years of age to book this property. You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. This home is located in a suburban neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors. Garbage days are Tuesdays. If you are stay overlaps with a Monday or Tuesday please bring the garbage cans out to the curb on Monday night or Tuesday morning. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard. Truly, we have worked hard to make this a great house for guests to enjoy. Please respect the home and cleaning staff by cleaning up after yourself. Matt's place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was super clean. Nice quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed, close to many restaurants and stores. We'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Matthews's location was perfect for us. We were visiting friends in the area and they lived less than 2 miles away. I have stayed at a number of airbnbs t urhat this was perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen to cook in and park was very near by which worked out great for us. Very accurate pictures for a change of pace as the rooms were very nice size. In addition, there was a garage to park our car in so we didn't have to worry about it being parked out in the elements. The neighbors were very friendly and it was a very quiet place to stay. Would stay here again. Thank you for having your home availble for people to stay.

We had such a lovely stay! SUPER clean and uncluttered. Comfy beds, bedding and linens. Loved having the big park across the street for walks. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Perfect location for us. Great dinning and stores nearby. Excellent communication with Matthew. We would definitely love another stay here!
