Unregistered guests, loud events, or large group visits are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected indoors. Occupancy limits must be followed. If more guests are present than listed on your reservation, your stay may be terminated immediately. You must be at least 25 years old to book this property. We also require the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. Starter supplies are provided for your convenience, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags. Please note these are starter kits only and will not be restocked during your stay. Please respect the home and our cleaning team. We've worked hard to offer a clean, comfortable space. We kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and treat the property with care. This unit is part of a 6-unit apartment building. Please be mindful of noise and respectful toward neighbors at all times. Excess garbage can be disposed of in the bins located in the alleyway behind the building.
