Good to know

The property is a solid building! It is a brick and concrete structure so you are unlikely to hear other tenants in the building. We have parking in back for one car. If you need parking for a second let me know and I will try to accommodate. Truly an awesome building in a great location!

There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. IF YOU SMOKE IN OUR PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $500 CLEANING FEE. We have worked hard to provide a nice home for guests to stay and please respect that. If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests you will be forced to leave. You must be 25 years of age to book this property. You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. This home is located in a 6 unit apartment building, please be respectful of neighbors. All excess garbage can be placed in the bins in the alleyway in the rear of the building. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard. Truly, we have worked hard to make this a great house for guests to enjoy. Please respect the home and cleaning staff by cleaning up after yourself.
