Gorgeous, 2 full bathrooms, one walk-in shower, and the other is a soaking tub/shower. Great location with easy access to all that Chicago and Evanston have to offer

Good to know

The property is a solid building! It is a brick and concrete structure so you are unlikely to hear other tenants in the building. We have parking in back for one car. If you need parking for a second let me know and I will try to accommodate. Truly an awesome building in a great location!

There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. IF YOU SMOKE IN OUR PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $500 CLEANING FEE. We have worked hard to provide a nice home for guests to stay and please respect that. If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests you will be forced to leave. You must be 25 years of age to book this property. You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. This home is located in a 6 unit apartment building, please be respectful of neighbors. All excess garbage can be placed in the bins in the alleyway in the rear of the building. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard. Truly, we have worked hard to make this a great house for guests to enjoy. Please respect the home and cleaning staff by cleaning up after yourself. We thank you so much for following our simple requests!

The apartment is clean, tidy, and well organized. It also provides a pack and play for babies, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is great—close to parks, a lake, tennis courts, and a variety of grocery stores, including Eastern European and Indian food options. The unit is right next to a Starbucks. There is a garage for parking, which is a very important advantage in Chicago, where street parking can be quite difficult. The host is very supportive and responsive. Highly recommended.

Perfect if you want to avoid the inner city noise, but close enough to enjoy downtown Chicago. Private parking made the stay worthwhile. I highly recommend this property. Nicer than a 5 star hotel which charges for parking. Would rent again. Ten out of ten across the board.

This place is QUIET! Very little traffic noise! The beds are super comfortable and rooms are dark at night. Showers are hot with plenty of towels. It's comfortable and well equipped for cooking. The train station is about a mile away, and there are plenty of restaurants around. Parking was convenient and door locks easy to operate. Some reviews are mentioning the steps to the 3rd floor, but they were not difficult to navigate. We were scrambling for a place after our other booked AirBB lost hot water. Matthew was very accommodating and worked with our late booking and arrival. There were not tons of instructions for checking out; it was super straightforward. We look forward to staying again!
