There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. IF YOU SMOKE IN OUR PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $500 CLEANING FEE. We have worked hard to provide a nice home for guests to stay and please respect that.
If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests you will be forced to leave.
You must be 25 years of age to book this property.
You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old.
This home is located in a 6 unit apartment building, please be respectful of neighbors.
All excess garbage can be placed in the bins in the alleyway in the rear of the building. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard.

As advertised. Easy parking and easy access. Short drive to Andersonville and surrounding burbs. 20-30 minutes to downtown. It is 3 floors to walk up. Host was very accessible and responsive.

Matt is great at communication. He responded to my questions within few minutes.
His place is newly renovated, clean and safe. There are two entrances to the apartment. All amenities are brand name and brand new. Kitchen has a table and there is additional table in DR/LV. Each BR has a TV in addition to LR.
Beds are super comfortable. Plenty of closets. Apartment is on the main road by you won't hear much form the traffic rom the third floor. Access to the parking is via the street right behind the apartment.
He offered early check-in but did not materialized.
Overall, I would recommend it 100%.

Matthew’s place was awesome! Clean, comfortable memory foam beds. Spotless bathroom with fluffy towels, amazing smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Was in the perfect location for us to Uber to downtown and to Wrigley Field! The little bar Ricky G’s was a great watering hole to visit as well. Thank you, Matthew; we loved visiting Chicago!

I hosted my parents here and we had a great time! The airbnb is spacious and the pictures are spot-on. We had two cars and loved the option to park in tandem— don’t love street parking so this was a plus! There are no elevators, so just plan to carry your luggage up the stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us though & check in and out was easy.
