🏡 House Rules – Please Read Before Your Stay To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you review and follow the house rules below: No parties or gatherings are allowed at any time. This includes loud events, unregistered guests, or large group visits. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the unit. Occupancy limits must be respected. If more guests are present than listed on your reservation, your stay may be terminated. You must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Additionally, we require the full names and ages of all guests over 18. Starter supplies are provided for your convenience, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and trash bags. These are starter kits only and will not be restocked during your stay. Please respect the home and our cleaning team. We’ve worked hard to provide a clean and welcoming space. We appreciate your help in keeping it tidy and cleaning up after yourself. This home is part of a 3-unit apartment building. Please be mindful of shared walls and respectful of the neighbors at all times. Excess garbage should be placed in the bins located in the alleyway behind the building.
