House Rules

BOOKING INFO: -Guests must be 25 years and older to book -A maximum of 7 guests per reservation. -Parties are NOT ALLOWED. For the safety of the guests and hosts, cameras are installed in the front and rear of the home. CHECK-IN INFO: -Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through AirBnB messenger. --Check-in is 4pm or later. Check-out time is 11am or earlier. We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but often times, the cleaning crew requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.

Great place to stay. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. TV’s were nice and easy to use. Host was very prompt and courteous. Would definitely book again.

Mathew and team where great I had to book this last second due to a error with another place. He was fast to respond fair on price cleared snow super quick and made sure me and my team where safe and happy the whole time!

The home was renovated, good parking for a large pick up truck. Our dog loved the yard, sidewalks to walk your dog and the neighbors are very nice. I would stay again.

Stayed the weekend for the UoM v Northwestern football game and absolutely loved the space! Away from the craziness, and most importantly, felt very safe. We have two toddlers under 4 so they LOVED the kids bed. My daughter was obsessed with the unicorn bed.

We really enjoyed our stay in DesPlaines. Matthew’s house amazingly clean, extremely comfy and versatile for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shopping which was so convenient. I would definitely book here again! Great job, Matthew

This was a very nice stay!The home felt welcoming and was well decorated. Also, had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and the beds were absolutely lovely to sleep in. I would definitely recommend!! Also host had great communication.
