There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. IF YOU SMOKE IN OUR PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $500 CLEANING FEE. We have worked hard to provide a nice home for guests to stay and please respect that. If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests you will be forced to leave. You must be 25 years of age to book this property. You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. This home is located in a suburban neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors. Garbage days are Tuesdays. If you're stay overlaps with a Monday or Tuesday please bring the garbage cans out to the curb on Monday night or Tuesday morning. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard. Truly, we have worked hard to make this a great house for guests to enjoy. Please respect the home and cleaning staff by cleaning up after yourself. We really enjoyed our stay in DesPlaines. Matthew’s house amazingly clean, extremely comfy and versatile for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shopping which was so convenient. I would definitely book here again! Great job, Matthew

This was a very nice stay!The home felt welcoming and was well decorated. Also, had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and the beds were absolutely lovely to sleep in. I would definitely recommend!! Also host had great communication.

Wonderful stay. The property is clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully renovated. Beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, walkable and centrally located. Pack and play came in very handy for my 8month old.

He was amazing host very quick response if you had a question house was super clean we had no complaints one of the cleanest houses we stayed in on Airbnb. And it was a mile away from one of our favorite restaurants in Chicago the Boston Fish market. 100% stay there again great place. You guys will not be disappointed.

This house was great! We grew up in the area and were back visiting for a long weekend. It was the perfect space for us all to gather and a great central location between Chicago and the northwest suburbs. Thank you so much! We loved it and will stay again!
