I recently stayed here with a couple of friends and it was great! Matthew was fantastic when it came to communication - he was proactive with information, very quick to respond, and extremely courteous. On our final night, we had an unexpected maintenance issue arise and Matthew sent someone over to take care of it within an hour. I would stay here again!

Matthew’s place is very nice. We had a great weekend here. The furnishings were especially nice—everything is thoughtfully chosen, comfortable, and well cared for. The building itself was also very private and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. They are also responsive to any questions, and give us a flexible check in time. Overall a really pleasant place to stay, and we would return when we visit next time.

Nice clean home in the middle of Schaumburg. Enjoyed our stay. Host was very communicative and helpful. Comfortable beds and nice big TV in living room. Recommended if staying in the Schaumburg area.

Amazing stay – highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. Matthew was outstanding — very responsive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked until checkout. Communication was smooth and clear, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect if you want to avoid the inner city noise, but close enough to enjoy downtown Chicago. Private parking made the stay worthwhile. I highly recommend this property. Nicer than a 5 star hotel which charges for parking. Would rent again. Ten out of ten across the board.

This place is QUIET! Very little traffic noise! The beds are super comfortable and rooms are dark at night. Showers are hot with plenty of towels. It's comfortable and well equipped for cooking. The train station is about a mile away, and there are plenty of restaurants around. Parking was convenient and door locks easy to operate. Some reviews are mentioning the steps to the 3rd floor, but they were not difficult to navigate. We were scrambling for a place after our other booked AirBB lost hot water. Matthew was very accommodating and worked with our late booking and arrival. There were not tons of instructions for checking out; it was super straightforward. We look forward to staying again! Had a guys trip for a long weekend. Great time at Matthew's place. We weren't looking for luxury, but convenient, affordable, clean and a good location outside the city. This met all of our requirements! We enjoyed the time here and would definitely stay again with a group. Maybe 15 minutes to get downtown, but quite and enough space to spread out.
