Our stay at Matthew’s home was great. The place looked just like the photos, clean and welcoming. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood, but also has several bars & restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment is clean, tidy, and well organized. It also provides a pack and play for babies, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is great—close to parks, a lake, tennis courts, and a variety of grocery stores, including Eastern European and Indian food options. The unit is right next to a Starbucks. There is a garage for parking, which is a very important advantage in Chicago, where street parking can be quite difficult. The host is very supportive and responsive. Highly recommended.

Matthew’s place was great! The kitchen was very modern and clean. We loved the living room area with the large TV and the fireplace - made for a wonderful and cozy vibe. It was very clean especially for being a pet friendly Airbnb. Matthew was also a breeze to communicate with - very quick and helpful. We would stay here again!

The apartment was so nice and comfortable. I loved it. The location is. Lose to walking distance of anything you need and close by attractions . We enjoyed our stay and loved the place . We will be back

We loved staying at Matthew's place while visiting family in Illinois. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood is very quiet, with sidewalks, and a small nearby park. We had a great time!

Matt's house is lovely, clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. The furnace is a bit loud but it keeps us warm in a chilly Spring day. There's a small playground across the street, which is wonderful if traveling with young kids.

Overall our family of 4 had a great stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. We had some very minor issues with fixtures and Matt was very responsive and offered immediate help even though not needed. These issues did not have a negative impact on our stay. I am mentioning this as a positive because it was good to know that the owner was very responsive and wanted to help solve any concern I had. The neighborhood overall was quiet. We were able to park our vehicle there as well.

It was a pleasure to book Matthew’s place. Matthew was super responsive to any and all questions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lots of opportunities to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood.

Matthew's place was great! It was clean and in an awesome neighborhood. He was very responsive and extremely friendly! The space was very large and he gave clear instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and had lots to do. The garage was great and fit our vehiclea We had a couple friends join us and had more than one car, so they had to park on the street. The only "downside" was that street parking has a lot of rules, but that's completely expected in a city setting, and beyond Matthew's control. I would say just make sure you read Matthew's instructions and you will be fine! The food in the area was fantastic and we felt very safe at Matthew's place. I will absolutely stay here again if we come back to Chicago!

The place was great, very clean, very warm and comfy. We had an issue with our flight to arrive to Chicago and Matthew was so kind to move the booking for us so we could still enjoy our stay the days we were able to. Wonderful experience, not hard to find and totally worth the price 🤗 we were very happy with the place. Thank you one more time Matthew for your hospitality and amazing service.
