Perfect if you want to avoid the inner city noise, but close enough to enjoy downtown Chicago. Private parking made the stay worthwhile. I highly recommend this property. Nicer than a 5 star hotel which charges for parking. Would rent again. Ten out of ten across the board.

This place is QUIET! Very little traffic noise! The beds are super comfortable and rooms are dark at night. Showers are hot with plenty of towels. It's comfortable and well equipped for cooking. The train station is about a mile away, and there are plenty of restaurants around. Parking was convenient and door locks easy to operate. Some reviews are mentioning the steps to the 3rd floor, but they were not difficult to navigate. We were scrambling for a place after our other booked AirBB lost hot water. Matthew was very accommodating and worked with our late booking and arrival. There were not tons of instructions for checking out; it was super straightforward. We look forward to staying again! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Schaumburg. Matthew was accommodating and responded within minutes to our questions. We will certainly think about booking again when we return to the Chicago area.

Had a guys trip for a long weekend. Great time at Matthew's place. We weren't looking for luxury, but convenient, affordable, clean and a good location outside the city. This met all of our requirements! We enjoyed the time here and would definitely stay again with a group. Maybe 15 minutes to get downtown, but quite and enough space to spread out.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this Airbnb was special. The space was immaculate and stylishly decorated, making it feel both luxurious and homey. The host clearly put a lot of thought into the details, from the high-quality linens to the fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The location was perfect – close to all the attractions Schaumburg has to offer, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that allowed for peaceful nights. Great place to stay. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. TV’s were nice and easy to use. Host was very prompt and courteous. Would definitely book again.

Mathew and team where great I had to book this last second due to a error with another place. He was fast to respond fair on price cleared snow super quick and made sure me and my team where safe and happy the whole time!

We had a great stay. I had no problems finding it, plenty of street parking and close to public transportation when needed. The space was great for our group, it was a quiet neighborhood. The floors were creaky but the neighbors didn’t seem bothered so that wasn’t a problem. Great place at a price!

Our stay over Thanksgiving was wonderful. We chose this rental to be near our relatives who live in the neighborhood, but this location is great for anyone visiting Chicago. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of options for meals, interesting shops, and a great local vibe. The unit was just as described and very clean. My family felt right at home for the week.
