We really enjoyed our stay in DesPlaines. Matthew’s house amazingly clean, extremely comfy and versatile for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shopping which was so convenient. I would definitely book here again! Great job, Matthew

Matthew runs a great place. He was very helpful, proactively sharing information. Even offered help with package that we were expecting, so kudos to Matt. Apartment is in nice house, quiet surroundings. plenty of space to walk and ride bicycle. Very close (about 1.5 km) is lake shore, nice are for walk as well. Place had all amenities, washer and drier are available in house's common space. Board games were also available, which is for me always a PLUS for a place. Check in and check out was frictionless, easy as it can be. I would recommend it for families or two couples, as it is perfectly matching 4 person requirements.

We loved our stay at Matt’s place! My family and I were in town while my sister recovered from surgery, and it was the perfect home base — comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Matt was incredibly hospitable and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. We truly appreciated his kindness and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice stay!The home felt welcoming and was well decorated. Also, had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and the beds were absolutely lovely to sleep in. I would definitely recommend!! Also host had great communication.

Matthews's location was perfect for us. We were visiting friends in the area and they lived less than 2 miles away. I have stayed at a number of airbnbs t urhat this was perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen to cook in and park was very near by which worked out great for us. Very accurate pictures for a change of pace as the rooms were very nice size. In addition, there was a garage to park our car in so we didn't have to worry about it being parked out in the elements. The neighbors were very friendly and it was a very quiet place to stay. Would stay here again. Thank you for having your home availble for people to stay.

As advertised. Easy parking and easy access. Short drive to Andersonville and surrounding burbs. 20-30 minutes to downtown. It is 3 floors to walk up. Host was very accessible and responsive.

This is our second stay in this wonderful place in 3 weeks time. Definitely love this place. Nice location, very clean place with all the stuff you needed for your stay. I will surely stay here in my next visits to Northern Chicago area. Thank you for everything Matthew. I am writing this review at the airport on the leave. Will miss your place

Matthew’s place was beautiful and felt like a true home away from home. I stayed for ten days and honestly didn’t want to leave—I would have happily stayed another ten! The space had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and settled in. At first, I was a little nervous about the parking with all the signs, but once I got the hang of it, everything worked out just fine. The neighborhood itself was lovely and made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Matthew was such a kind and responsive host, always making sure I felt at ease during my stay. His thoughtfulness really added to the experience. Overall, it was a peaceful, welcoming place, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
