There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. We have worked hard to provide a nice home for guests to stay and please respect that. If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests you will be forced to leave. You must be 25 years of age to book this property. You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. This home is located in a suburban neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors. Garbage days are Tuesdays. If you are stay overlaps with a Monday or Tuesday please bring the garbage cans out to the curb on Monday night or Tuesday morning. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard. Truly, we have worked hard to make this a great house for guests to enjoy. Please respect the home and cleaning staff by cleaning up after yourself. A great house for a weeks stay . A very peaceful neighborhood . Good food close by too . Matthew was very responsive and helpful .the beds were comfortable and the tv was great for watching football .
