Second floor apartment with front and rear access. Dedicated parking for 1 car in the rear. If you need additional parking please let me know and I can likely accommodate. The apartment is outstanding! Spacious living and dining rooms with access to front patio. Fully stocked and equipped modern kitchen with laundry. Primary bedroom with king sized memory foam bed and secondary with 2 full sized beds. 2 full bathrooms, one with walk in shower and the other with soaking tub/shower. The unit is awesome!

There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. IF YOU SMOKE IN OUR PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $500 CLEANING FEE. We have worked hard to provide a nice home for guests to stay and please respect that. If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests you will be forced to leave. You must be 25 years of age to book this property. You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. This home is located in a 6 unit apartment building, please be respectful of neighbors. All excess garbage can be placed in the bins in the alleyway in the rear of the building. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard. Truly, we have worked hard to make this a great house for guests to enjoy. Please respect the home and cleaning staff by cleaning up after yourself. We thank you so much for following our simple requests!

Matthew is a great host ! He was very responsive for any questions we had during the stay . It’s a great place to stay at when in Chicago . Stayed with family and enjoyed our stay for the 3 days . The home was very clean and overall a great experience . Thanks Matthew!

Matthew's place is clean and exactly as pictured. The beds and pillows were great and we slept well. The appliances are top of the line as the apartment is renovated. It is approximately 30 mins from Chicago O'Hare airport and downtown via car. He has dedicated parking spaces behind the building which is a plus for Chicago. The neighborhood is diverse and felt safe. There are local restaurants and a frozen custard shop within walking distance. I would recommended he add a small seating area in the back of the building for people that smoke. I would definently rent this place again.

We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to staying again. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the unit was easy to access, and everything was simple to set up. It was also surprisingly spacious, which we appreciated. The private parking lot was a huge bonus—truly a blessing in Chicago. The bathrooms and showers were spotless, and the large TVs were a nice touch. You must walk to Lickity Split in the evening for ice cream, a block away. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit.
