There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. IF YOU SMOKE IN OUR PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $500 CLEANING FEE. We have worked hard to provide a nice home for guests to stay and please respect that. If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests you will be forced to leave. You must be 25 years of age to book this property. You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors. All excess garbage can be placed in the bins to the right of the driveway. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard. Truly, we have worked hard to make this a great house for guests to enjoy. Please respect the home and cleaning staff by cleaning up after yourself. I stayed here during my husband graduation for northwestern. The place is super modern, with brand new appliances and great decorations. We enjoyed having all the space to ourselves. Would definitely recommend staying here

Our stay was very pleasant for a group of 7. Plenty of space just as shown in the photos and bedrooms beds were comfortable. Good location in a quiet neighborhood Good place as described and the host was very responsive, always responding to messages within minutes.

This is probably the best airbnb I have stayed in. On arrival I wasn't sure if we were going to like it because it is a duplex but with that said we never heard one peep. Even some of the neighbors said hi and we're helpful with the trash being put out on Sunday. I am a clean freak so I wouldn't expect any place to be as clean as my house but this beat almost every airbnb by far. The gaming table with huge TV and coach in the basement and brand new washing machine and a dryer were awesome to keep the kids busy and to play with them while getting laundry done. The layout is great main level: eating and half bath and another sitting living room area with TV. Kitchen is great! upstairs: all the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. basement another hangout area with TV and super comfy coach and gaming table....and of course the laundry room. We only had one issue with water temp and it was addressed very quickly. would definitely stay here again!
